The streets are city owned and maintained which provides for snow removal and maintenance to be done by the city. School buses will also pick the children up on their street. The water and sewer is community maintained by the City of Cloverdale.

Stardust Hills subdivision has five fishing ponds, community clubhouse, in ground pool, playground, basketball courts, and over 52 acres of common area. Stardust Hills currently boost over 400 homes within the subdivision that was developed back in the late 1970's and has been a continual success in the development of a Planned Urban Development.
